These Terms of Service explain the guidelines that apply when you visit our website, shop our products, create an account, communicate with us, or otherwise use the services available through ME Skincare.

Throughout these Terms, “ME Skincare,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ME Skincare. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting our website, purchasing our products, or using our services.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on our website, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services online.

1. Online Store Use

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Our Products

ME Skincare creates handcrafted skincare and personal-care products for dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin and scalps.

Because our products are handcrafted, reasonable differences in color, texture, consistency, scent, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, colors, sizes, ingredients, descriptions, and other information. However, the appearance of a product on your device may vary depending on screen settings and other factors.

Products may be updated, reformulated, improved, discontinued, or replaced as our brand and product offerings evolve.

3. Nature’s Bye Bye Itch™

Nature’s Bye Bye Itch™ identifies ME Skincare’s eczema focused line of skincare products and is part of the ME Skincare brand family.

References to Nature’s Bye Bye Itch™ on product packaging, our website, social media, advertising, or other materials should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product will cure, treat, or prevent eczema or any other medical condition.

Our skincare products are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Ingredients & Skin Sensitivities

We believe customers should know what they are putting on their skin and scalp. Ingredient information is provided with our products and/or product listings so you can make informed purchasing decisions.

Please review the complete ingredient list before using a product, particularly if you or a family member has known allergies or sensitivities.

Everyone’s skin and scalp are different. An ingredient that works well for one person may not be appropriate for another.

We encourage appropriate patch testing when introducing a new skincare product.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use. If you experience symptoms of a serious allergic reaction or other medical emergency, seek appropriate medical attention.

ME Skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

5. Product Information & Availability

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, ingredients, photographs, sizes, availability, and other information accurate and current.

Occasionally, an error or omission may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product details, or cancel an affected order when necessary, subject to applicable law.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Certain handcrafted products may be produced in limited quantities or become temporarily unavailable.

We may also limit quantities when reasonably necessary to protect inventory availability, prevent fraud, or prevent unauthorized resale.

6. Pricing, Sales & Promotions

Prices may change without advance notice unless otherwise required by law.

Sales, promotional prices, discount codes, bundles, special offers, gifts with purchase, and other promotions may be subject to their own terms and availability.

Unless we specifically state otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.

If an item is purchased at a sale or promotional price, any eligible store credit will be based on the actual amount paid, not the item's regular retail price.

7. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

You agree to pay the price displayed and accepted at checkout, together with applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees.

Submission of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to review, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or other unusual order activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be handled according to the original payment method and applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you click “Place Order” and immediately realize something needs to change.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact ME Skincare as soon as possible.

An order may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 1 hour of purchase and the order has not already entered fulfillment or shipped.

Cancellation requests received after the first hour but before shipment may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to account for processing, preparation, payment, and administrative costs already associated with the order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our Refund & Return Policy where applicable.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Because skincare is personal, we take product integrity seriously.

Our standard return remedy is store credit rather than a cash refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Standard return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Eligible unopened, unused, untampered products in their original condition may qualify for store credit according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Certain approved circumstances involving opened products may qualify for partial store credit of up to 50% of the amount actually paid.

Approved store credit is valid for 18 months from the date it is issued.

10. Gift Cards

ME Skincare gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Our gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check names, apartment or unit numbers, street addresses, cities, states, ZIP or postal codes, and other delivery information before submitting your order.

ME Skincare is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, emergencies, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package becomes lost, missing, damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and help determine the appropriate next steps.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, and other charges imposed by their country unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing and international carrier requirements may also affect delivery times.

ME Skincare does not control charges imposed by foreign governments or customs authorities.

13. Reviews, Photos, Comments & Community Content

We love hearing from the ME Skincare community.

When you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, comment, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate another person's rights.

You remain responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of your statements.

Where you give ME Skincare permission to share or feature your submitted content, we may use it in connection with our website, social media, marketing, educational materials, or other brand communications in accordance with that permission and applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content from our website or platforms that is fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

Our website and original brand materials, including applicable product names, photographs, graphics, written content, packaging designs, logos, slogans, educational materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to ME Skincare and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes ME Skincare branding and, where applicable, Nature’s Bye Bye Itch™.

You may browse and share links to our website for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or represent ME Skincare content as your own without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

15. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or close accounts associated with fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorized resale, misuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
